Coffee is something I only give myself every so often as a beverage... a treat, if you will, as I have always loved the alluring smell wafting through the air at the local Cafe`... the bitter sweet silkiness of a freshly brewed espresso! Mmmm, mmmm, good!

Since living a raw food lifestyle for close to 10 years ... or better yet a lifestyle based on optimal nutrition, which includes the belief in raw foods, superfoods, herbalism, and chinese medicine, I will typically use organic coffee for a stimulating and cleansing enema!

However, every so often, I love to love me some coffee, cacao, superfood elixir!!! It's like a Starbuck's frothy without all the gmo'd corn syrup and chemical infested tap water! I know, I know... Starbuck's used to be one of my favorite spots...

Now I am educated and empowered to make new choices! ;-)

So what you will need for the best frothy-non-Starbucks-Starbuck's coffee cacao elixir ever!!!

(p.s. be sure to par-take in this high-octane fuel early in the day!)
