Coffee Cacao Superfood Elixir
I posted this on Instagram and Facebook and got requests to post the actual recipe so here you have it!
INGREDIENTS:
3 TBL Freshly Ground, Freshly Roasted, Organic Dark Roast Coffee
3 TBL Arriba National Heirloom Cacao Paste
3 TBL Organic Coconut Oil
1 TBL Arriba National Heirloom Cacao Butter
1 TBL Organic Maca Powder
1 tsp Mucuna Extract Powder
1 tsp Ashwaghanda Extract Powder
8 Drops Omica Liquid Stevia for Sweetener (or to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS:
I use a french press to make my coffee as I prefer to keep any hot liquids away from plastic.
Warm up (just before a boil) 16 oz spring or purified water and pour over freshly ground coffee. Let steep for a good 10 minutes.
Prepare your NutriBullet cup (or other blender) with the rest of the ingredients while waiting for the coffee to steep. Once the coffee is ready pour over the ingredients in NutriBullet or blender then blend on high until creamy and frothy.
Serve in your fave mug or drink from your NutriBullet Cup and enjoy. :)
