Guilt-Free, Vegan, Paleo, Ooey-gooey Brownies!
I was with one of my in-home clients, teaching her how to make real, raw, heirloom chocolate and I made a blunder. It happens. If you enjoy playing in the kitchen at all, you know this happens more than we care to admit!
All of a sudden I raise up my hands and exclaim, "I have an idea!" and with that, GB's Ah-Ha Brownies, guilt-free, and incredibly delicious, brownies were born!
This is a guilt-free, gluten-free, vegan, paleo, brownie that has that gooey-gooey tecture we all crave when we think ‘brownie’.
Total time to make and bake is about 40 minutes.
Here is the glorious recipe!
All organic ingreidents were used and recommened.
Dry mix:
1 cup cassava flour
¼ cup coconut flour
3 TBL ground flax seeds
½ tsp sea salt
1 cup coconut sugar
Mix well and set aside while you make chocolate mix.
Chocolate mix that I pour into dry mix:
1 cup raw cacao paste
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Variety of medicinal mushrooms like reishi, Chaga, lions mane, etc.
Mix well until fully melted but on super low heat so it NEVER boils or simmers. Constantly stir or whisk.
Once melted set aside to cool for a few min
While you are waiting for the cacao mix to gently cool, add 1 can of guar free coconut milk into the DRY mix you put aside.
Stir well then fold in chocolate mixture.
When you fold in the cacao mix with a spatula you get a marble colored brownie!
Pour into baking pan that is lined with natural parchment paper that has ZERO silicone coating on it. The coating sticks to the brownies and will bake into it.
Natural, unbleached parchment paper is best.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 min max
Pull out of oven when knife test is still a little sticky.
Let cool for 10 minutes … if you can! 💃🏻⚡️💛
