This is a super nourishing and completely satisfying shake! 

Three ingredients that will spell bind you and send you wafting through the air in total bliss from the sheer YUM of this masterpiece. 

Coconuts are natures gatorade and will replenish all the electrolytes lost, plus coconuts are a healthy source of fat. Cacao is the number one food source for magnesium, high in antioxidants, and helps release anandimide, the bliss chemical! Strawberries are … well, strawberries… succulent and sweet and a great source of antioxidants. Strawberries are also low glycemic and have been scientifically proven to actually help regulate blood sugar! In addition strawberries contain a high amount of phytonutrients which makes them an anti-inflammatory food! 

Sweet, simple, and nutritionally dense - this shake will become one of your favorites! 

 

What do you need? 

1 Young Coconut

½ Cup Fresh Strawberries

1 Full Strawberry (with a small slice to be used as garnish)

⅛  Cup Arriba National Cacao Beans

 

How to do it: 

Crack open your young coconut (if you need assistance you can find easy how to’s on youtube) 

Use all of the coconut water inside and scoop out all of the coconut meat and place in Vita-Mix, Nutribullet, or other high powered blender. 

Next add your strawberries and cacao. Blend until smooth and creamy, pour into a sexy glass, garnish and enjoy!
